2. Return Policy

    Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags.

  • Returns are accepted only for:

    • Damaged or defective items upon delivery

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Missing parts or accessories

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or installed electrical/electronic items

  • Tools or hardware showing signs of use

  • Customized, special order, or clearance products

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

3. Return Process

    After inspection, eligible refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

       Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven’t been shipped.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone with your order ID.

          After Dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • You may request a return after receiving the product (as per return policy).

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

 

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products only.

  • Replacement will be arranged after return inspection.
